INDIVIDUAL YOGA SESSION
1 - 2 INDIVIDUALS / 60 MIN [$45 PER INDIVIDUAL]
Yoga is a moving meditation that helps strengthen the body and still your mind. It also reminds you to have fun, laugh at yourself and accept where you are in the process on and off the mat. The intention for my students is to keep them safe during practice and help them develop an awareness of the mind body connection.
My goal is that you feel empowered at the end of our session to start your own self-care practice and explore your body through movement and breath.
GROUP YOGA SESSION
3+ INDIVIDUALS / 60 MIN [$20 PER INDIVIDUAL]
